Service terms
These terms govern access to the ReplySlot software. They are a launch-ready product baseline and must be completed with the operator’s registered legal identity before public deployment.

You must provide accurate details, protect credentials, and have authority to configure connected messaging, calendar, and payment accounts. Workspace owners are responsible for their team members and customer communications.
Acceptable use
Do not use ReplySlot for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, or unsolicited messaging; to collect unnecessary sensitive data; or to bypass Meta or other provider policies. Healthcare and other special-category data require a separately approved compliance arrangement.
Automation responsibilities
You control knowledge, availability, templates, and automation settings. Review outputs appropriate to your risk, maintain a human handoff path, disclose AI interaction where required, and verify important appointments and policies.
Plans and third-party fees
Paid plans renew until cancelled. Messaging, payment, and other provider charges may be passed through separately. Trial limits and plan allowances appear in Billing. Taxes apply where required.
Availability and third parties
The service depends on providers such as Meta, Google, OpenAI, Stripe, and hosting services. Their outages, policy decisions, and account restrictions can affect functionality. ReplySlot does not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular business result.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited for security threats, non-payment, provider-policy violations, or material breach. Workspace owners may export data and request deletion. Legally required and security records may be retained where necessary.
Liability and governing agreement
To the extent allowed by law, the final production agreement should define warranties, liability caps, indemnities, governing law, support levels, and the contracting legal entity. These items require operator and legal-counsel approval before accepting paying customers.
